This student of IIM left the jobs of lakhs and got an education from the society emerging from its unique school.

Someone has rightly said that the work that comes from identity persists for a very short time, but the identity of the work remains constant throughout the ages.
ABOUT THE IIM STUDENT(GARIMA VISHAL):-
In today's changing scenario there are very few people who, after achieving success, once again look back on the society and think that we have moved forward and now it is to turn the society forward. This sense of responsibility is seen only in select individuals who want to pay the salt for the country. Gaurima Vishal, 28, of Bihar has given priority to his responsibility to bring such a positive change in society.
In general, students from the institute like IIM have a dream of a graduate, a luxurious job with a package of millions of crores but people like dignity think about the society leaving their love for money. Only then, Garima left a package of millions and started a unique school to teach poor children in Muzaffarpur, named "Design School of Innovation".
The daughter of Madhubani and daughter-in-law of Muzaffarpur chose a path to change society by teaching the children. Through its school, dignity has shifted from the education system implemented in the country to impart education to deprived children and implemented a new education system, which is based on the three-pillar education system. Father of dignity was the registrar and he used to stay from one city to another from time to time, due to the fact that the education of dignity was completed by different schools of Bihar and Jharkhand. During that time when women education was not given much importance, still, they got encouragement from family members to study.
THE ROLE OF FATHER:-
"My father always encouraged me and my siblings to get higher education because they understood the importance of education in today's society. I was the first graduate of my city. The inspiration of my parents made me realize my responsibilities that I can educate other children too. "- Garima huge.
Garima completed her 12th standard in Central Vidyalaya, Patna and then enrolled in the Manipal Institute of Technology for further study. In the year 2011, the campus selection took place in the renowned company of the country like Infosys, during its academic year. According to the social and practical scale, his carrier's carriage was running fast but the hidden teacher inside his mind always tried to come out to achieve the idea of social change. But when his posting took place in Bhubaneswar, he proved to be an ambitious round of his life, which gave him an opportunity to take his teacher in charge.
Garima taught children from 7 to 9 in the morning. Gradually, the number of children started increasing, and soon the number of children reached 30. But during the course of the job, he had given the IIT's examination of the cat organized by the IIM to do MBA and after getting a good rank in the CAT, his selection was done in IIM Lucknow. When the dignity had to go to Lucknow for further studies, after the hard work at that time, the children were enrolled in various schools; the expenditure which came in it was borne by the dignity and the payment of the month's fees to their parents.
After completing MBA studies, his campus selection was done in G.G.M. in M.C. But he wanted to do something for the society as a creator of a better future of the country. Garima recalls the pain of realizing her dream, "I was in a very confused state how I can fulfill my dream. Only during my engineering, my friend Abhay (Abhay Nandan) who is now my life partner, he Looking at my very high interest in teaching, I advised that whatever your mind is doing, do so, so that you may be satisfied in life. I liked the matter of Abhay and both hearts and mind started thinking about it. Then after discussions with some other friends and family members, the way to start the school became clear.
FINALLY REACHED HER GOAL:-
The year 2014 proved to be the most transformative year of dignity. IIM got admission.
