INDIAN CONSTITUTIONS
The story of that extravagant hero who is the true creator of the Indian Constitution..

After the persecution of the British for over 200 years, India was liberated from Zanjeer of Ghulam in 1947. In the true sense, freedom came to India in 1950 when it became a democratic republic. The format of the Indian Constitution was prepared by a committee of seven experts led by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. This draft was debated, trimmed and finally the Constituent Assembly presented the world's largest constitution to the world.

FOUNDER OF INDIAN CONSTITUTIONS( Sir Benignal Nursing Rao):-

Most people do not know who made the constitution alone on their own. Sir Benignal Nursing Rao had prepared the initial format alone, which was handed over to the commission on November 26, 1949. The Drafting Committee under the leadership of Ambedkar ji declared that 'Draft Constitution' is one of the best constitution of the world made under the supervision of consultant BN Rau.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF INDIAN CONSTITUTIONS:- 

Benelagal was born on 26 February 1887 in an intellectual family. He was a very talented student and in 1901 he topped the entire Madras Presidency in Matriculation. After that he graduated in three subjects, English, Physics and Sanskrit, and in 1906 he was the first in mathematics. After this he got a scholarship and he moved to Trinity College, Cambridge in 1909.
Benangal passed the Indian Civil Services Examination that year and returned to India. Graduate Benagel J. of Madras and Cambridge University joined the Indian Civil Service in 1910. He started working for justice and in many districts of East Bengal, he served as a judge. After making amendments to the Indian legal code, he became the judge of the Bengal High Court of Kolkata.
In 1935, Benangal worked with the Government of India Reform Office to undertake the Drafting of Government of India Act, 1935. At the end of this project, the first Chief Justice of the Indian Federal Court, Sir Maurice Gauyer, advised that Benagle should have a five-year experience to become a judge in the Federal Court. After that he served in the Kolkata High Court.

THE FIRST PROJECT WITH INDIAN GOVERNMENT:-


During his tenure, Benangal worked on two more projects in which he was entrusted with the work of the Indian government. The first project had been working for railway workers in India and chaired for checking the condition of the environment and the second was to work on reforming the Hindu law.

After a few years, in 1944, Benagalji was made the Prime Minister of Jammu and Kashmir State. For his work, he got the Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire Award in 1934 in the New Year Honor List and in 1938 he received the title of Knighthood. He retired in 1944 and then he became the Prime Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. He resigned in 1945 due to differences with the Maharaja of Kashmir.

AS A CONSTITUTIONS ADVISER:-

After this, Benangal was appointed constitutional adviser to the Constituent Assembly in 1946. They also drafting the constitution of Myanmar and which was adopted on September 24, 1947. When that final draft of the Benagle Constitution was adopted then there was also present in Rangoon. Benangal represented India in the United Nations. From 1949 to 1952 in the UN, he remained the permanent representative of India. He did this when he was appointed the judge of the International Court of The Hague. In June 1950, he also served as President of the United Nations Security Council.
In 1952, he received the invitation of the Ministry of External Affairs, in which he was called for the election of the International Court of Justice. After a year, he had gone to Zurich because of poor health after having served his services here. In 1988, the Indian government issued postal stamps in his honor.

ANONYMOUS HERO:- 

 Benegal is one of the most anonymous heroes of our country who have served in many roles of the country. The whole country is proud for the work done by them.
